1. Enrolment
1.1. All students must complete the official enrolment form and provide accurate personal information.
1.2. Enrolment is confirmed only upon receipt of payment for the selected package or trial class.
1.3. EduExcel reserves the right to refuse enrolment at its discretion.
1.4. Parents/guardians must inform the centre of any medical conditions or special needs prior to enrolment.

2. Fees & Payment
2.1. All fees must be paid in full according to the chosen package before classes commence.
2.2. Payment can be made via bank transfer, PayNow, or other methods as specified by the centre.
2.3. Late payment may result in suspension or termination of class access.
2.4. Payment for the subsequent month must be received by the final day of the current month. Failure to do so may result in the student’s placement being temporarily suspended or offered to another enrolment, at the discretion of EduExcel.
2.5. All fees are non-refundable, except as stated in Section 3 (Trial Classes & Refunds).
2.6. Sibling or multi-subject discounts will be applied as communicated at registration.

3. Trial Classes & Refunds
3.1. Trial classes are offered on a paid basis and are non-refundable.
3.2. Trial fees may be credited toward full enrolment at the centre’s discretion.
3.3. Refunds for full packages will be considered only in exceptional circumstances and at the sole discretion of EduExcel.
3.4. If a class is cancelled by the centre, an alternative class or refund will be offered.

4. Cancellations & Make-up Classes
4.1. Students must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a class.
4.2. Make-up classes will be arranged at the centre’s discretion and subject to tutor availability.
4.3. Classes missed without notice are forfeited and no refund will be provided.
4.4. In the event of force majeure (e.g., public health restrictions, natural disasters), classes may be postponed or conducted online where possible.

5. Class Materials & Homework
5.1. All teaching materials, notes, and resources provided by EduExcel remain the intellectual property of the centre.
5.2. Students and parents may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without written permission.
5.3. Homework and work presentations are an integral part of learning; students are expected to complete them for personalised feedback and accountability.

6. Online / Remote Classes
6.1. If classes are conducted online, students must ensure access to a stable internet connection and appropriate devices.
6.2. Recordings or screenshots of lessons may be taken by the centre for internal review; students may not record lessons without permission.

7. Photography & Media Consent
7.1. The centre may take photos or videos for marketing purposes.

8. Conduct & Attendance
8.1. Students are expected to arrive on time and participate actively in class.
8.2. Behaviour that disrupts the learning environment may result in removal from class without refund.
8.3. Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring punctual pick-up and drop-off of students.
8.4. The centre maintains a safe, respectful, and anti-bullying environment.

9. Termination of Enrolment
9.1. EduExcel reserves the right to terminate enrolment in cases of persistent disruptive behaviour, non-payment, or violation of T&Cs.
9.2. No refunds will be issued for terminated enrolments unless at the centre’s discretion.

10. Liability
10.1. EduExcel shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in classes or use of facilities, except where due to the centre’s negligence.
10.2. Students attend classes at their own risk.

11. Privacy
11.1. Personal information provided will be used solely for enrolment, administration, and communication purposes.
11.2. Information will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

12. Communication
12.1. Official communications will be conducted via approved channels (WhatsApp, email, SMS).
12.2. Parents are responsible for acknowledging class updates, schedule changes, and important notices.

13. Changes to Terms
13.1. EduExcel reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
13.2. Updated terms will be communicated to all enrolled students and parents.

14. Governing Law
14.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
